If you have Microsoft Windows

2) If the automatic configuration does not work for you:

    3) If Safari continues to display this page instead of your original destination, please clear your cache and reset Safari.
    4) If the configuration tool opens as a text document:   
  • Follow the instructions to open the HardDrive->System->Library->CoreServices folder.
